It's crucial to acclimate your body, so avoid jumping straight into freezing temperatures. Most people start with one to two minutes and increase gradually as their tolerance improves. Listen to your body and avoid exceeding your comfort level. Pay attention to its signals. Experienced users might prefer a quick head dunk and longer hand exposure. Feel free to customize the temperature and duration based on your preferences.

When first starting out with a cold plunge tank, it's recommended to limit sessions to ten minutes or less. It's also crucial to consult your doctor to determine what level of cold immersion is safe for you. Generally, with proper safety practices, you can gradually increase your cold endurance as you continue your cold immersion routine.

The Sulmuiol 3.0 tanks feature a deep design, accommodating individuals up to approximately 6'7" and 275 lbs. For those who are larger or taller, the Sulmuiol 3.0 (Large Size)" offers an extended design, providing ample space for cold therapy regardless of size. Both Renu cold tanks come with a matching wooden step for easy entry and exit for users of all sizes.

For cold exposure, the recommended temperature is between 40-60°F (4-15°C), with many preferring 40-50°F (4-10°C) for an optimal cold shock response. Start with 1-3 minute sessions and increase as your body adapts. Always listen to your body and exit if you feel overly uncomfortable. For warm exposure, a range of 98-104°F (37-40°C) is ideal for promoting blood flow and muscle relaxation. Begin with 10-15 minute sessions and adjust as needed.

Sulmuiol utilizes a completely natural purification system that eliminates the need for chemicals. All units have a built in ozone generator,along with a 50-micron filter to maintain water cleanliness. We offer optional accessories such as a surface dirt and oil remover buoy and a spa sanitizer mineral stick that uses silver ions to effectively eliminate bacteria and algae. This comprehensive system ensures that the Sulmuiol remains consistently clean, requiring minimal water changes and promoting water conservation. Unlike many other systems that rely on chemicals or frequent water changes, Sulmuiol provides a sustainable solution for maintaining pristine water quality.

Consider accessibility, structural support, and electricity. Can be installed indoors or outdoors on a flat, level surface. Our units require proper clearance to work properly. There are two grills/vents that require certain clearances. These clearances are necessary for both ventilation AND accessibility. The large vent requires at least 27 inches of clearance. In addition to providing necessary ventilation, the large vent provides access to the mechanic's bay which will be regularly accessed for any maintenance and repairs, such as filter changes, water changes, etc. The small vent requires at least 15 inches of clearance. In addition to providing necessary ventilation, the small vent provides access to the front of the water chiller which will be regularly accessed to set the desired water temperature. Setting up the Renu Cold Plunge is a straightforward process that takes just 15-20 minutes. Start by removing the lid to access the mechanics bay and inspect it to ensure everything is in order. Next, confirm that the valves are open for proper operation and secure the chiller in place. Finally, fill the tank with water to the recommended level.

The frequency of filter changes depends on usage, with increased plunge usage necessitating more frequent filter replacements. Routine maintenance involves replacing filters, typically requiring a change every 2-6 weeks for standard filters. The majority of customers opt for filter replacement every 2-3 weeks. We advise water changes every 2-3 months or as necessary.

Our chiller efficiently maintains this temperature with minimal effort. Operating in cycles for energy efficiency, it runs until the set temperature is achieved, then the fan and compressor shut off. The chiller restarts when the temperature rises by 2-3 degrees to ensure consistent performance and energy conservation.
