Cold Plunge Commercial Warranty

　　Sulmuiol Cold Plunge Tank Limited Warranty (Commercial Use)

　　This warranty applies to the following products:

　　⮕Cold Plunge Bath 3.0

　　Sulmuiol extends the following 1-Year Limited Warranty, which applies only to the commercial use of Sulmuiol Cold Plunge Tanks. The warranty includes replacing parts shown to have defects in materials or workmanship of any parts manufactured or supplied by Renu Therapy. This warranty covers defects or malfunctions that arise during normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage due to water leaks from the unit, poor water chemistry, neglected filter care and replacement, freezing conditions, power outages, lack of attention to low water flow, or any other form of neglect, misuse, or abuse. Specific other exclusions apply, as further described in this Limited Warranty. All components covered under this warranty are warranted for a period of one year from the date of delivery. The water chiller is also warranted for a period of one year from the date of delivery.

　　The Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser (or original owner for a product presented as a gift). In addition, it only covers defects in the Cold Plunge Tank discovered within the applicable Limited Warranty period.

　　How to Obtain Warranty Service

　　For service under this Limited Warranty, please contact us at support@sulmuiol.com. Please provide the following information:

  • 　　Name of the purchaser
  • 　　Proof of purchase
  • 　　Dated receipt
  • 　　Item purchased
  • 　　Details of the failure

　　Claims must be submitted within the specified warranty period.

　　Most warranty issues are handled via email or phone with a Sulmuiol technician. If a repair covered under this warranty is necessary, Sulmuiol will cover the cost of the part(s), but the customer is responsible for any shipping-related costs. Most repairs and component replacements are performed by the customer. If the customer cannot complete the necessary repairs, Sulmuiol, at its discretion, will pay up to $50 per hour, for a maximum of two hours, for an approved general service provider to perform the necessary repairs.

　　Sulmuiol will continue to offer reasonable phone support for issues occurring after the expiration of the warranty period as it sees fit. However, after the expiration of the applicable warranty period, the customer will be 100% responsible for any associated costs, such as parts, labor, and shipping.

　　Warranty Service Performance

　　Sulmuiol reserves the right to determine whether replacement or repair of a covered part or item is necessary. Any component(s) repaired or replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original Limited Warranty period. Additional travel fees for service by an approved general service provider in rural areas are not covered and are the customer’s responsibility.

　　If covered warranty repairs cannot be completed on-site, Sulmuiol may, at its discretion, either provide a replacement tub of equal value or have the tub shipped to the factory facility for repairs. The customer will be responsible for any tub removal costs associated with repairing or installing a replacement tub. Any repaired or replaced tub will be covered for the remainder of the original Limited Warranty period.

　　Use of Natural Wood

　　The Redwood and Cedar Breath Deck and Step Deck are both made from natural wood. As a natural material, wood may have variations in color, grain, or minor imperfections, which are considered normal and not defects. These natural variations contribute to the beauty of the product.

　　For outdoor units, some deterioration may occur due to exposure to the elements, despite proper treatment. If not properly maintained, wood surfaces may be subject to denting, scratching, and other damage. Every unit is handmade and may have minor variations in shape, size, and finish. Over time, designs may evolve, resulting in minor differences in angles, elements, and other details compared to the model displayed online. While Sulmuiol strives for high-quality craftsmanship, we do not assume responsibility for the natural properties of wood.

　　Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

  • 　　This warranty does not cover:
  • 　　The water filter
  • 　　Loss of the water filter housing O-ring during the filter replacement process
  • 　　Replacement filters and filter housing O-rings (these must be purchased separately)
  • 　　Items purchased separately, such as oil and dirt buoys, sanitizer sticks, or the Protective Cover

　　This warranty is automatically void if Renu Therapy or a designated representative determines that the product has been altered, abused, neglected, or improperly used or treated. The customer is responsible for regular maintenance. Any problems or failures resulting from improper maintenance or water chemistry/balance will void this warranty. The use of improper or harsh cleaning agents will also void this warranty.

　　Additionally, this warranty will be void if the customer uses any replacement parts or accessories that are not genuine, original, or provided by Sulmuiol.

　　This warranty is valid and applies only to units sold and operated in the contiguous United States (48 states).

　　This warranty does not cover repairs performed by anyone who has not been approved by Sulmuiol. The tub owner accepts full liability for any repairs performed by an unapproved service provider.

　　Limitations of Liability

　　Sulmuiol’s liability, if any, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product covered under this warranty.

　　Sulmuiol is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, such as freight damage or loss of use of the tub. Sulmuiol is also not liable for any injuries or losses arising from a defect covered under this warranty, including but not limited to:

  • 　　Loss of use of the tub
  • 　　Loss of profit, anticipated savings, or revenue
  • 　　Loss of income, business, or production
  • 　　Loss of opportunity or reputation

　　Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary by state.

　　Sulmuiol is not responsible for compliance with local, state, or federal health/safety codes or laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance before purchase.
